We Serve The Movement
Experienced at mass mobilizing, direct actions, trainings, facilitation, strategic and long-term coalition building. Our mission is to operationalize and provide critical support for movement building.
We collaborate with you to build campaign platforms, operationalize campaign resources, and provide leadership by executing the plan.
New York City Action Lab Inc. is a collective of experienced organizers, building a world based on equity, justice, and sustainability. We are a coalition of shitshakers and movement makers, an ecosystem of diverse community partners that sustain, support, and help employ the movement. Our vision is to build an ecosystem of advocates, influencers, lawyers, community leaders, elected officials, social activists, artists and students.
Our policy focuses
Education, immigrant rights, criminal justice reform, and civic engagement.
In a city with almost 9 million people in it, We love planning protests and creative direct actions whether it’s a major mobilization with 50,000 people or a strategic direct action with a small affinity group. We handle all aspects of logistics, including dealing with permits and law enforcement agencies, managing bids and vendors, creating detailed event production timelines, and can also help with facilitating the over-all organizing process.
We provide group facilitation for participatory decision-making and strategic planning, popular education trainings in Nonviolent Direct Action, Creative Action Planning, Facilitation, and more, as well as website development.
